INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTRIBUTORS

1. Only abstract papers, duly typed in the abstract format (copy attached) are to be submitted for APICON 2013.The abstracts should be submitted in triplicate in the   abstract format only (one copy  in original and two Photocopies). An abstract that is not submitted in the abstract format will not be considered. The material should be accommodated within the frame of the format. The abstract must be sent on CD also.

2. The name of the person who would be presenting the paper must be clearly
underlined amongst the names of authors and the name and address of this person must be clearly mentioned with his signature. The correspondence address must also have the Pin Code Number, Mobile Number, and Fax Number & E - Mail address.

3. The last date for submission of abstracts will be 31st July 2011 which will not be extended. The abstracts should be submitted to Dr. A. Muruganathan, Chairman, Scientific Committee APICON – 2013.

4. Presenting authors must register for APICON – 2013.

5. If the authors of accepted paper remain absent without prior intimation to the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of API, the authors will not be considered for two subsequent conferences.

6. Please suggest names for Chairman, Co-Chairman for the scientific sessions. The written consent with registration number of   APICON 2013 may be sent to Dr. A. Murganathan, Chairman Scientific Committee of APICON 2013 at the above address.
